Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of was just 16 years old. Then she received her Pro Card just one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 at which point she stopped the sport of gymnastics. One year later at 17 she was awarded her professional card. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from the stage after earning her Pro Card to complete her college studies. In 2015, she returned to the stage to compete in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years in the time following her debut and set herself new goals every year. She was awarded four more fitness titles by the end of the year. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel took a six-year break from competition to complete her degree at college. In October of 2015 she returned with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. In the end, she was 3rd overall at the event. The summer of 2016 saw her the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for compete in the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage just three months later, and took her place 6th at the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations before and was very satisfied with the results. It's no surprise that she placed so well, given the level of competition. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. The workouts she does to strengthen her back include bent-over row on the machine that use single arm lat pull-downs. It is common to warm up prior to the actual training. Ariel is extremely efficient when it comes to time management. Ariel accomplishes this by making sure she is doing all her back exercises, and doing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this type of workout twice per week. One day would be lighter weight as well as the second heavier weight day.
